Andrew (Drew) Goodwin is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses the majority of his practice on representing plaintiffs in complex cases involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death—particularly matters involving commercial motor vehicles, insurance bad faith, traumatic brain injuries, and fires.

He has litigated trucking cases in more than 20 states, and he draws on that background to obtain superior results for his personal injury clients. An aggressive trial attorney who has handled everything from insurance coverage and bad faith to products liability and complex business disputes, Drew has a keen skill for maximizing the value of a case by convincing juries, judges, and opposing counsel of that value. Drew has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including numerous seven-figure results. 

Drew also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Missouri Cannabis Law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. 

In his free time, Drew enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and four kids.
